Martin started his professional career over 20 years ago. His natural ability as a stand up comic quickly guaranteed his success. He has worked with artistes such as Gene Pitney, Tammy Wynette, Ken Dodd and Les Dawson.

Beardsmith are a professional family band, specialising in close vocal harmony and multi instrumentation, performing rock and pop classics in the style of the original artistes from the sixties to the present day, with the introduction of two of the youngest members of the family instrumentalists in their own right, this really is a must see show.

The band has over 40 members, around 20 of whom have belonged since the formation of the Band, twelve years ago. The Band is now a regular contributor to the NFOL.
